Ethics and compliance

How we recruit, handle data, and stay accountable.

International recruitment has a trust problem, so we put our policies, our data practices, and our company details in one place where you can check them.

Ethical recruitment policy

What we will and will not do.

We will

  • Name the universities we represent and link to their official sites.
  • Disclose fees in full, in EUR, per semester and per year.
  • Confirm entry requirements against the university before a student applies.
  • Explain that admission and visas are decided by others, not by us.
  • Hold our partners to the same standard.
An orderly desk

The same rules apply to our partners

Every approved partner agrees to counsel students honestly, in line with this policy. It protects students first, and it protects every partner’s reputation too.

The hard lines

We will not.

  • Promise guaranteed admission.
  • Promise a guaranteed visa.
  • Hide or understate fees and costs.
  • Use false claims of being “number one” or “world-class”.
  • Pressure students or parents with urgency tactics.

Data handling

GDPR-aware data handling.

What we collect

Contact details and the application information needed to assess and submit a student’s application.

Why we collect it

To check eligibility, submit applications to universities, and track placements through enrollment.

How long we keep it

For as long as the application and any related commission record require, then we remove it.

How to request deletion

Email us and we will remove your data, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

We use privacy-friendly analytics and a clear cookie and privacy notice. We do not sell personal data.

Partner payouts

How partner payouts work.

We collect commission from the university when a student enrolls and pays tuition. We then share it with the partner who placed the student.

  • Education agencies receive the larger share of the commission we collect on their placed students.
  • Alumni and student associations receive a fixed referral fee per enrolled student.
  • Payment follows once the student has enrolled and paid tuition.
  • There is no chain of sub-agents taking a hidden cut.

The commission share, the exact figure per program, and the payment timing are confirmed in each partner agreement, not negotiated in private side deals. Students are never charged a fee by us for guidance or for applying.

Partner agreement summary

A plain-language summary, before you sign.

Every approved partner receives a plain-language summary of the agreement before signing. It sets out the commission share, payment timing, responsibilities, and the conduct we expect.

University partnership statement

Who we represent.

Our anchor represented university is Budapest Metropolitan University (METU) in Hungary. METU teaches English-medium programs across art, design, animation, film, media, business, and communication. It operates a “Powered by Arizona State University” partnership and participates in Erasmus+ and EU mobility. You can verify these facts at metropolitan.hu.

We will add named agent quotes and enrollment figures here once we have them, and not before. Nothing on this page is invented to fill space.
